AI Workflow Engineer
About the Role
Design and build AI-powered workflows that make Amiara faster — internally and externally. You’ll connect tools like Figma, Asana, and Linear to AI agents, build internal automation that eliminates manual work, and prototype new agent capabilities that ship to customers.
This is for someone who thinks in systems and ships in days. You might come from engineering, product, or ops — what matters is that you’ve built real AI workflows that people actually use. You’re the person who sees a manual process and has it automated by lunch.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-powered internal tools and automations that accelerate the team’s output
- Design and implement integrations between AI agents and platforms like Figma, Asana, and Linear
- Prototype and ship new agent workflows for both internal operations and customer-facing features
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks, and integrate the ones that deliver real value
- Document and systematize workflows so they’re repeatable and scalable across the team
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered workflows and tools that people actually use
- Strong coding ability — Python, TypeScript, or both — with a bias toward building over theorizing
- Deep familiarity with AI tools and agent frameworks — Claude, GPT, LangChain, n8n, or similar
- Cross-functional instincts — comfortable working across engineering, product, design, and ops
- Portfolio or examples of automations, integrations, or AI tools you’ve built and deployed
