Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amiara platform and all related services.

If you’re using Amiara on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
• You’re responsible for your account’s confidentiality and activity.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information at all times.

3. Platform Usage Rights & Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Amiara to ideate, plan, and build businesses. You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or infringe on rights through the platform
• Misuse AI agents to impersonate others or create harm
• Attempt to reverse engineer or resell the platform without permission
• Use Amiara content outside of your approved account context

This platform is built for creation, not exploitation.

4. Intellectual Property and Creative Contributions

Your Contributions: You retain full ownership of everything you input or upload. However, by using Amiara, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

• Use, modify, and process your input
• Generate derivative works to help you (business plans, connections, agent actions, etc.)
• Recommend people, resources, and strategies
• Build and refine your agents’ intelligence
• Connect you with mentors and learning loops

Platform IP: All templates, frameworks, software, prompts, and brand assets remain the sole IP of Amiara Inc.

Co-Created Content: Anything generated through your interaction with agents or mentors—ideas, plans, documents, blueprints—are yours to use freely. We reserve the right to use anonymized or aggregated versions to improve the system.

5. External Tools & Integrations

Amiara may connect to third-party tools (e.g., calendars, email, CRMs).

By enabling these, you allow Amiara to access and use relevant data solely for fulfilling your objectives on the platform.

You’re responsible for reviewing and managing permissions within those tools. Amiara is not liable for outages or disruptions originating from third-party services.

6. Fees and Billing

• Subscription pricing, free trials, and renewal terms will be clearly disclosed
• Charges are processed securely via trusted providers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle
• Refunds are only issued as required by law

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse the platform in harmful or unlawful ways
• Your behavior puts the system or others at risk

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Mentor Network and Live Interactions

Amiara may connect you with human mentors, strategists, or community guides. These interactions are part of your co-creative journey.

• Mentor sessions may be recorded for review, coaching enhancement, or AI agent training. You consent to such recordings when you participate.
• Mentors are selected with care, but you retain full responsibility for any decisions made based on their guidance.
• You may request to opt out of being recorded (in writing) for non-essential sessions.

9. Community and Ambient AI Features

Amiara is not just software—it’s a living ecosystem. You may be invited to:

• Join forums, discussion groups, or group calls
• Engage with persistent AI agents that support your journey over time
• Receive agent-led nudges, insights, or automations designed to accelerate your outcomes

By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and maintain confidentiality in community spaces. You may disable or opt out of non-essential features via settings or support.

10. Data Usage and Privacy

Everything you share is protected under our Privacy Policy. In short:

• You control your data
• We use it only to serve your growth
• We never sell it or use it for third-party training
• You can request access, correction, or deletion anytime
